Changes and cancellations

Move or cancel online up to 24 hours before your appointment with the link in your confirmation email. Closer to the time, please call us.

Deposits

Balayage, highlights and keratin ask for a deposit when booked online. It comes off your total. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and it is refunded in full; missed appointments keep the deposit.

Running late

Please arrive 5 minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule the service.
